Who we are
FloState provides a managed AI operating system for small businesses in India. This policy explains what we do with the details you send us through flostate.co.in.
What we collect
- The details you enter in the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address and/or phone number, your message, and optionally your website, city, the service you’re interested in, and how you prefer to be contacted.
- A record of your consent: the wording you agreed to and when you agreed.
- To prevent abuse, a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your network address. We do not store the address itself and we use the scrambled form only to limit repeated requests. Once it is more than 24 hours old it is deleted automatically the next time our website handles a request.
- Simple usage counts kept in our own database (which page was viewed, whether the form was started or sent, and when), without cookies, third-party analytics or anything that identifies you.
Why we use it
We use your details to read and respond to your enquiry, to keep a record of our conversation, and to protect the form from spam. We do not send you marketing messages unless you separately give us permission.
Who can see it
Only authorised FloState staff can view enquiries. We use infrastructure providers to host the website and store data; they process it on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or erased, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again.
